The Constellation Energy Group, Inc. is a Fortune 500 company with headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland which provides energy-related services and products to customers across the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America. The company has over 32 000 employees and generated revenue of 14.41 billion U.S. dollars in 2015.
The Constellation Energy Group was formed from the spin-off of most of Exelon's energy generation subsidiaries in November 2014, but it still exists as part of the current Exelon Corporation (NYSE: EXC). Exelon also retained two money-losing nuclear power plants; Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (a 636 MW General Electric boiling water reactor) and Three Mile Island Unit 1 (a pressurized water reactor).
